Why is there a lead time?

Can I rush my order ?

All items are made to order , which means that once an order is made I then start hand making each item from scratch. Because of this all pieces are unique and personalized.

Yes, at checkout you can select rush order. This includes an additional fee as your order is now expedited and completed in 3 - 5 business days and then shipped

Can I order a 4:20 set w/ sphere ashtray and replace the large tray for a small tray?

I've seen items on your social media that aren't on your website , are they available to order?

Yes, at this time 4:20 mini does come with a standard ashtray but if you'd like to upgrade to a large sphere ashtray please fill out a custom order form and I will send you an invoice w/ the upgraded ashtray.

Yes, because some items like charcuterie boards are limited supply please fill out a custom order form to check availability.
